Dr. Haddad is our clinic’s top physician and has been practicing as a primary care physician/urgent care physician for over 23 years. Dr. Haddad strives to ensure his patients are satisfied with their treatment outcomes and oversees the entire clinic’s staff.

Jacob Mathew is a physician assistant who has practiced in internal medicine and urgent care over the last 5 years. He is certified in both botulinum toxin injections and filler injections. He is highly detail- oriented with a focus on conservative approaches to injectables to achieve a natural, youthful result. He also has a passion for optimizing health and wellness in a comprehensive, holistic approach that includes medical weight loss. Jacob is very active and in his free time enjoys activities such as lifting weights and cooking. He uses these skills to provide nutritional and physical activity guidance to clients as well on their wellness journey.
